How pledges become SPVs
Pledges are pooled. Every $100,000 becomes a special purpose vehicle (SPV) that invests in the fund as one, so the company deals with a few SPVs rather than every investor. One investor leads each SPV and earns extra Sun coins for it. Together the SPVs hold the investor pool's 90%.
